Cell Culture Facility
The Cell Culture Facility is a Duke University Shared Resource and operates on a not-for-profit basis to provide Duke researchers with inexpensive, quality cell culture technical support and molecular biology and cell culture supplies. Our pricing is uniform for all Duke researchers, for both technical and supply services.
The CCF now has three satellite supply locations. These satellites are similar to the 249 Jones Building site and are accessed with the same lab log-in and password. The entire list of on-site products is on this web site and indicates where each product is stocked.
The inventory at the 2133 CIEMAS satellite includes molecular biology reagents and restriction enzymes from New England Biolabs, Sigma, Invitrogen, Stratagene and BioRad as well as reagents from Bioline and ECL kits from GE Healthcare/Amersham.
The inventory at the 0102 MSRB II satellite contains additional molecular biology products from Invitrogen, Sigma, BioRad and Applied Biosystems. This satellite has absorbed the BioRad stockroom that was located in MSRB I.
The inventory at the Independence Park satellite is designed to serve the researchers at that off-campus site. Please contact the CCF if you are interested in having a satellite in your building.
