DNA Analysis Facility - Fragment Analysis

Description:

The Duke University DNA Analysis facility has the capability to perform fluorescent DNA fragment analysis (ABI GeneScan^TM) on a fee for service basis.

Types of fragment analysis assays we have performed are:

• RFLP
• Allelic expression frequencies using 2,3,4 and 5bp repeats
• Human T- cell receptor (TCR-ß) gene expression assays.
