Sally Moore,
Pharm.D.
Clinical Pharmacy Specialist. Sally serves as the primary clinical
pharmacist for the pediatric BMT unit. Her responsibilities include
providing pharmaceutical information for physicians, nurses, families,
and patients as well as monitoring the appropriate use and effects of
medications used during transplantation.
